Little Ginger by Nikisha

The little, ginger, stray kitten crouches cold and shivering, dumped on the side of the lonely road. It was early in the morning and still dark when he was pushed out of the stopped car because his owners didn't want him. He was an unwanted Christmas present but the kitten didn't know why he was abandoned or what he had done wrong. Was he a bad kitten? He feels lonely, sad, scared and frightened. He hears another car. It gets closer and louder, it's headlights shining brightly. The car suddenly stops, a kind voice and loving arms pick him up.

  1. Mrs Fraser - your writing is developing very well Nikisha. Poor little kitten, you certainly used language that made you feel sorry for the kitten and then relieved that someone had found him. Keep up the great effort.
